One blocklist we can maintain in a single place and apply to every account

Following on from the thread I started before Christmas about finding the same junk in forty accounts every month. What I want is a list I maintain once - jobs, salary, training, DIY, competitor names, the usual - which I can apply across every account I manage, and which stays applied when a new campaign appears. Shared lists in Google Ads get me part of the way and they're per campaign, so somebody has to remember every time anything is created, and somebody never does. Two things that would make it genuinely useful rather than just a stored list: Categories rather than one flat list, so I can apply employment terms everywhere but keep the competitor list per client. Some way of knowing what a term has blocked since I added it, so when someone asks why we are not appearing for something I can answer without guessing.

Shipped this week as the Smart Blocklist, and both of the requirements in this thread made it in. It is category-based rather than one flat list, so you can keep employment and DIY terms global and competitor terms per client, which was Rob's first point. It previews before it applies. You see what would have been blocked over a recent window before anything is committed, which was Priya's condition and the right one - we were not going to ship a forty-account write path without it. What is not in this release: the historical "what has this term blocked since I added it" view. That's a genuinely harder problem because it needs us to keep counting after the fact rather than at the moment of application. It is on the list and I'm not going to promise a date.

Adding a vote and one requirement: whatever this is, it needs to be reviewable before it applies. A blocklist that reaches forty accounts is the highest blast radius object in the whole setup, and the failure mode is not a bad term slipping in - it is a good term slipping in and nobody noticing for a month. Preview what this would have blocked over the last 30 days, then apply. That turns a scary feature into a safe one.

Preview mode is the bit that makes me willing to use it across everything rather than trialling it on one account for a quarter. Two out of three and honest about the third is a good outcome.
