Keyword Ninja is operated by Yes, Please! Ltd ("Keyword Ninja", "we", "us"). To provide the Service we use a small number of trusted third-party providers ("subprocessors") that may process personal data on our behalf, under contract and confidentiality obligations. This page lists them and is referenced by our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement. We keep it current and update the "Last updated" date when the list changes.

Provider corporate names and locations are indicative and may be provided through a regional affiliate. Payment and invoicing providers are engaged only once paid online billing is enabled for your account.
2. International transfers
Some subprocessors are located outside your country, including in the United States. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as the provider's Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent transfer mechanism), consistent with our Privacy Policy.

We may add or replace subprocessors as the Service evolves. When we do, we update this page and the "Last updated" date. Customers with a signed Data Processing Agreement can request advance notice of new subprocessors as described in that agreement.
