Getting Started
Welcome - the community has moved here, and how to get a good answer
The community has a new home. This is it.
A note on the archive, because it will be the first thing regulars notice. Older discussions
have been brought across so the useful ones are still findable, and the move was not clean -
formatting has suffered in places, and some threads did not survive it at all. If you go
looking for something you remember and cannot find it, that's why, and we are sorry. Ask it
again and someone will answer.
What this place is for: questions about running Google Ads, and questions about using Keyword
Ninja. Both are welcome and they are genuinely different conversations, which is why the
categories separate them.
How to get a good answer quickly:
Say what you have already tried. It's the difference between five replies repeating the
obvious and one reply that helps.
Include the numbers if you can. Not your whole account - the clicks, the cost and the
conversions for the thing you're asking about. Almost every question here turns on whether
the sample is big enough to mean anything.
Ask the question you actually have. "Is this normal" is answerable. "Is my account good" is
not.
If it's account-specific and involves your data, use support chat instead. We can look at
your account there and we can't here, and you shouldn't paste account details into a public
page.
Two things we won't do. We won't delete a thread because the answer is unflattering to
us, and we will not have staff post as though they were customers. If someone from our team
answers, it says so under their name.
Mark an answer as accepted if it solved your problem. It moves it to the top for the next
person, and the next person is the entire point.
